Founded in 2015 as Legistek by a developer turned litigator turned developer again, our vision first manifested as a humble tablet app called Limine. Two years later, our world changed when we teamed up with Epiq Global (then DTI) to bring to market a revolutionary online platform that we now call Transpire.

After over 10 years as a litigator (and barely after making partner at a prestigious national firm) Peter found himself more interested in improving litigation support software than drafting angry letters to opposing counsel. With the support of his colleagues, Peter took the full plunge into startup world in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since.
